Montagne Jeunesse
I had so much fun trying out the Montagne Jeunesse Strawberry Souffle mask that I received in my Holiday Vox Box from Influenster!
My sister is also an Influenster member, so we had a little spa afternoon and tried out our masks together! Mine smelled AMAZING - just like strawberries and cream! It had a nice texture, went on smoothly and dried in about 15 minutes. The sample I received had the perfect amount for one application, and my skin felt nice and smooth afterwards.

Derma E Microdermabrasion Scrub
After I received my Naturals VoxBox from Influenster a few months ago, I learned that I was 1 of 10 randomly selected winners of the Derma E brand challenge....I couldn't believe it! I *never* win anything! I just recently received my prize - a full size microdermabrasion scrub! I used the scrub this morning, and I'm already in love - it has a light lemon scent, and feels divine! Some scrubs are too "scubby" (i.e. grains are too large, feels harsh, etc) but this one is excellent - there's a creamy "base" along with a fine (not too gritty!) exfoliator.
The product info states: "Help diminish fine lines, wrinkles and acne scars and leave skin radiant with this award winning exfoliator. This salon perfect formula uses an exclusive crystal blend and essential oils to leave your skin restored, soft and silky smooth."
They suggest you apply to wet or dry skin and gently scrub desired areas of the skin in an upward motion for approximately 3 minutes. Use twice a week. I've only used it once, but I already love it - this product will be in regular rotation!
In addition, they included 10 (yes, 10!!! samples of their other products)

ImPRESS Press on Manicure
The products I received in my Holiday VoxBox from Influenster are perfect for the upcoming holiday season - especially the ImPRESS Press on Manicure. I'll admit - - my nails are not in great shape - some girls, it seems like their nails grow in the perfect shape - mine are all wonky - and it doesn't help that I'll pick at my nails and cuticles....AND that I'm a complete klutz when it comes to painting my nails....I always get polish everywhere, and they just don't look right!
I was apprehensive when I saw this in my VoxBox - I immediately had an image of super fake looking Lee Press on Nails from the 80's....but I was pleasantly surprised. These look really natural! (Well, the shape does - not necessarily the design - I got Dancing Queen, which has a zebra pattern - hot stuff!)
They are really easy to apply - you just find the ones that are going to fit your nails best (and it comes several options, you lay them out in the order you're going to apply them (pinky first, thumb last), clean your nails with the enclosed cleansing pad(or nail polish remover) peel the adhesive, stick, smooth and you're done!
These are great for day or evening - they have so many solid colors and designs to choose from (36 in all!!!) you'll have no trouble finding one that's right for you.
When you're ready to take them off (they can last up to a week), you can just peel them off- no damage to the underlying nail/nail bed.

NYC New York Color
I just received my second VoxBox from Influenster (my first one was their Naturals box a few months ago). This one was a special Holiday box full of treats to help me get through my holiday season looking and feeling great!
One of the products I'm testing is NYC New York Liquiq Lip Shine in Nude York City. It's a gorgeous shimmery pinky nude color. It applies easily, smells amazing - like holiday cookies! It isn't sticky or tacky like some glosses and provides long lasting shime. I've been wearing it all day, and I've got to day- I'm impressed! I couldn't believe it when I saw that it typically retails for only $2.49 - it can definitely complete with the more expensive brands on the market. It comes in 10 shades, and you can find it at your local drug store (i.e. CVS, Target, Walmart, etc)
You can be sure I'll be checking out the rest of their collection - this product line makes it easy to have the perfect gloss available, not matter what the situation - just a regular day at the office, or a night on the town.

Holiday VoxBox on it's way!!!
Whooo hoo! I've been selected for the Holiday VoxBox, and it will be shipping out tomorrow! Can't wait to see all the fabulous goodies, try them out & share my thoughts with you. I'll post an update & a pic once it gets here, then I'll start posting my reviews!

Holiday Vox Box!
So, I was pretty bummed when I heard that the folks who got the Cosmo box would automatically qualify for the Holiday box if they unlocked 1 brand challenge badge....where was the love for those of us who didn't get the Cosmo box? !? No fair that these guys were gonna get 2 boxes in a row!
I've been watching for an email...nothing! Then someone on FB mentioned that they received their notification when they logged into the Influenster website - not in their email. Imagine my delight when I logged in and saw that I was pre-qualified - whoo hoo! Unfortunately, I didn't pay attention to the page that described what the contents would be, darn it! Guess I just have to wait for the announcement email on the 30th!

Let me tell you, this blogging is addictive! Hopefully I'm actually doing this correctly, and someone out there in the world will see what I'm saying!
OK, product number three from the fabulous Naturals Vox Box I received from influenster.com was Derma E Facial Cleanser. Now, I'm going to be honest - I usually use those cute little make-up remover/face wipes -yes, I'm lazy - but when I received this product, I sucked it up and said "I'm gonna give this a try!" and boy, am I glad I did! I've been using the cleaner every morning in the shower - it has a great, invigorating tea tre oil scent. My skin has been smooth, clear and blemish free since I started using it!

OK, here we go - I think I published my first blog entry (Wen Cleansing Conditioner) correctly, so I'm gonna get crazy & start number 2!
Another product I received in my August Naturals Vox Box from influenster.com was Juice Beauty's Conditioning Lip Color. The one I received was Fig - a nice, deep, purple (not TOO dark though!)
